isBreakingVersionChange(__namedParameters): boolean

Defined in: src/core/dependencies.ts:262

Whether a new version breaks the consumers of the previous one: ^oldVersion does not accept it (a new major, a new minor in 0.x). A prerelease counts as the version it leads to: 6.19.1 to 6.20.0-beta.0 is not breaking, 6.19.1 to 7.0.0-beta.0 is.
