markdownToSlackMrkdwn(markdown, __namedParameters?): string

Render a markdown changelog as Slack mrkdwn. When maxLength is exceeded, whole commits are dropped from the end and replaced with an "… and N more changes" line; a single block longer than the budget is cut instead.
