Relative POSIX paths of every package ignored by config, resolved from BOTH monorepo.ignored (path globs) and monorepo.ignorePackageNames (names).
The name-based source is resolved against the configured packages globs so the two options behave identically downstream (path filtering + root commit exclusion).
