An announcement of social.teams.announcements or social.slack.announcements: the content of the versions of a version group, or of the packages matching a glob.

• { group }: the root version of a unified/selective group, each package of an independent group.
• { package }: the packages of an independent group (or without version groups) whose name matches the glob (@scope/*); the version of a project without monorepo is announced under its name. Its fields override the ones of its group entry.
